First of all, open all four videos in their own window so you can see them all simultaneously. Then start the "Vocals" video and when you see the red "2", start the "Guitars" video (this might take a bit of practice to time correctly!). When you see the red "4" start the "Bass" video then, on the red "6" start the "Drums" video.
If all goes well, you should now have the song playing and be able to mix the various components to your liking. Through experimentation, I've been able to get everything to to sync up fairly well. The trick is to allow for a slight delay between when you click the start button and when the player actually starts. Try starting the "Guitars" video and use the "Vocals" video as the 'master' count video.
