BOSS BR600
« on: March 12, 2009, 01:23:08 AM »

Hi Nick, enjoying your tutorials etc very much, thanks for the effort.

I've been thinking of getting a  BOSS BR600 after seeing a demo online, I just stumbled across it, but it looks pretty impressive.

Just wondering if you've had any experience with one, can recommend something similar, or if you think it'd be wasted on me at the moment.

I'm somewhat of a noobie - pretty good with Nut Chords, Bar Chords getting there {still buzz or dead strings pretty often}
and have been getting into Solo's a bit - especially dig David Gilmours work.

I thought one of these beasties would be great for someone like me, I probably wouldn't use the Drum bit much, but the Multi Track recording,
built in Effects and the Bass whatchamacallit would allow me to do heaps, and even try origional compositions - I could be the first OCAU
Ferrous Oxide Musician! LOL

Thanks again Nick, I'll have to purchase a Backing track or 2.

Steve

Hi Steve,

Welcome to the forums! For a serious multitrack recorder, I'd recommend checking out the AW1600, it can't be beat.
